Thrown to the wolves

I can only hope that my efforts in joining groups like this will increase my ability and understanding of the recruiting game. I feel i spend so much of my time spinning my wheels! Lets just hope I get it, before they repalace me. How do people get their start in this business? how is anyone to know where to go or how to search? This on the job training, throw you to the wolves, is for the birds! I supposed I should simply feel greatful. For when I started this venture, I did not even know how to operate monster.com. I was paralysed and unable to call anyone on the phone and there was no way I was selecting the right people! Now at least I am getting interviews! Hoooray,...maybe there is hope for me after all.
