Strings to get email ID's of the top Guys in the company

Hello Friends,

Greetings, could anyone help me with a string that could extract the email ID's of the people working in a particular company? I'd be very much grateful to you..The previous strings that I found on this site were very much helpful however I needed something that could pull information that is very specific.

I can only point you in the general direction. You might need to take a boolean course (teach a man to fish vs give a man a fish etc). You start with the domain like xyz.com, sometimes this isn't as obvious as you think especially at consumer products companies. Then you use a command like mailto: and add titles. Sometimes you can add the area code to narrow results.
So it looks something like this, but will need to be finetuned:
Mailto: "@xyx.com" Vice OR VP 212
You can then add any other keywords such as marketing, operations, etc. There are many variations on this but hopefully this will get you started. Sorry I can't give you an exact string as I realize that's what you asked for.

This string in GOOGLE will get you a company's e-mail format:

"email * * companyname.com" (Just replace companyname.com with the actual co name)

You could x-ray Zoominfo for executive titles like this - in GOOGLE:

site:zoominfo.com inurl:people CFO "New York" investment

I google the company, get the url. Then google @companyname.com AND resume to see what the email format is. This has worked for me almost 95% of the time. It doesn't work for me when certain companies us middle initials or don't use the all the characters in the last name. Try that.

Some of the Big 4 firms are hard for me to always get right becuase of their formats. IE, Accenture.

Hi Enoch,
I email top executives everyday and I have to be honest with you. Although I know this is a Boolean Strings expert network, I don't necessarily always use a boolean search for what you are requesting. I google the following "@name of company" and get someone else's email from that same company, then I use the same format but insert the executive's name into it. I have not had a problem connecting.

Here is one I found that works well mailto=*=@ibm.com or what ever company.

And thanks to everyone who gave me help on locating foks in Candada-the string were great.

After you get an e-mail address, you can validate that it will work using this site:

http://www.mailtester.com/

It will save you the hassle of writing an e-mail and getting a delivery failure.

If you use your string in Google, Google doesn't recognize special characters such as the = or @ symbols. It does recognize the * . It probably works for you since it's using the * along with ibm.com.

Hi Enoch,

Gary brings up a very good point, and I'd like to reiterate it.

When you research strings, make sure you are following the correct syntax. Experimenting is very useful, but checking the help pages for syntax explanations along with experimenting will make it really productive. Understanding the syntax will also help you make sense of your results and will help set your expectations right.

I am glad you found the results you needed with the strings given above.

My company egrabber has introduced a product called LeadResearcher.
If you give it a name of company or domain name, it will find emails of that company/domain found on the internet.

If you give it a name of a person with company, it will find the email ID of the person (if it exists on the Internet) and if not, it will find other emails for the company and suggest a possible email ID.
