Hello Irina and others who may read this!
Thank you for starting something like this up. I have played around using boolean search strings and have limited
success, but it's great that there is now a forum where others of like interest virtually congregate.
Looking forward to learning and sharing!

Irina,
Thank you for this blog and the invite! I wish we could get the word out to job seekers not to post their resumes on the expensive job boards and just post them online. 99% of my fills come from the plain ol' internet using boolean or networking!
Thanks again,
Melanie Lloyd

Just wanted to thank you for inviting me to join this blog - I don't really have a great network outside of my own company. I need to learn how to make the most of it. I have just started sourcing a few months ago before our markets went in a downward spiral. I am still learning how to do all of it. If anyone has any suggestions to help, I am all ears and any sites that could help are welcomed also.
Thanks again,
Caron Cotie

Irina,
Thanks for inviting me into this exciting site. I look forward to sharing with the group in the future. By the way, Monster limits you to 25,000 resumes a year, about 100 per day. Do you know the difference between a view and a download? I do not. Using crawlers one needs to be mindful not to overdue the contract limits.
Thanks,
Joe
