suggest me a search string for linked in and job sites as well please. I have found soem resumes but I need more to back it up.

You could try something like this on a job board or LinkedIn:

"brand manager" AND (“Coca cola” OR pepsi OR “Pepperidge Farm” OR "soft drink" OR snack OR cookies OR crackers OR bottled OR beverage OR “beverage distributor” OR “Frito-Lay" OR Procter OR Kraft OR DSD OR Nabisco)

As far as the language part, you could experiment with adding some phrases like this to your search:

arabic AND (fluent OR bi-lingual)
